We all got to go wall climbing on base for a cub scout activity. I thought Noah was going to be a little spider on the wall but he was actually really timid about going up high. Luke made it to the top several times and Ashley did good at getting up but not so much at letting go to come down. She wouldn't walk down the wall and she ended up spinning around and hitting her head. She enjoyed it regardless.
Sad when your toddler is sick, but he looked so cute laying there.
Ethan finally moved out of the "nursery" and into his big boy bed in Noah's room. He now sleeps on the trundle bed. Good thing he is close to the floor because he is always rolling out.
Luke spent most of he summer sleeping under Noah's bed and watching movies with John's laptop. I would be so claustrophobic trying to sleep under there, but he loved it.
Gotta love El Paso weather with its August rain. We had a major down pour and the kids had a lot of fun splashing in the puddles.
Final touches on the chicken coop with the occasional hose down to keep cool.
Noah learned how to make pancakes. He was a natural at flipping.
Ethan was his supervisor. And his batman ended up in the batter. (Little stinker)
One of E's favorite locations, anywhere near, close or even on Dad!
Ward camp out time with the Lingards!!!
Sleepy morning faces.
And now summer is over...back to school. ðŸ˜

Out of all our kids Ashley was the most excited to start school. 1st grade
And if life wasn't crazy enough, John got a new calling at church. He is now a High Counselor. Johns parents and Jennifer and her girls came into town. Johns Dad was able to ordain him to a High Priest. My parents also came in for the night. It was a fun busy little week. This is my only photo to commemorate the event. A picture of all the kids and grandma just before we headed into a movie.
