Buppa Birthdays

Well I have a lot to blog so I am going to just start with the boys birthday party and blog the rest of the exciting events later (Chaffin visit to EP and Ashleys blessing). We had a buckaroo bash for the boys. With their birthdays so close to Christmas and each other, I always feel like I need to make their birthday extra special. I hope I accomplished this. We had a great time. The kids had a cardboard western town to run around in which was a total hit. My mom drew a cowboy cutout for the kids to stand behind, so cute. We also decorated cowboy vest made out of paper bags and stuffed our faces with hot dogs and IBC root beers. The boys got so many great gifts and Luke got his very first bike. I teared up when I saw the look on that boys face. The bike was actually Johns when he was little. Johns’ mom shipped it all the way from Idaho and John and his dad worked on finding all the parts to fix it up just in time for the big party. Thanks to all that came and gave them such great gifts. It was a fun day. I can’t believe that Luke is four and Noah is already two. I love my boys. Happy Birthday Luke and Noah!

Ash Update

Here is a funny picture of Ashley. As you can see she is a very smiley baby. She is really starting to fatten up now. She will have her two month check up in a couple weeks so we can she how fat she really is. She is a night owl just like her mommy, which is nice because we get to have girl time after those boys go to bed.

2008 Is Great

We celebrated New Years a little early this year. John had to work so he surprised me and the boys with some ginger ale and noise makers. We did a count down and danced around the house. Luke and Noah had no idea what "Happy New Year" meant, but they enjoyed screaming it. I think Ashley just wished we would all be quite so she could sleep. Anyways, hope your count down to 12:00 was as fun as our count down to 9:45! Happy New Year!
