While I was working on getting the kids to bed, every time I walked into the boys room it smelled like there was a glue gun plugged in somewhere. So I checked all the outlets and couldn't find anything. I checked to make sure my glue gun was put away. I just figured maybe it was something burning outside. Then I kind of forgot about it. We brushed teeth, and when we came back in the room, the smell was stronger. I don't know why I didn't think to check their sconce night light sooner.
Sure enough there was a ball stuck in there and it was beginning to smoke! Oh my gosh, what if my beautiful home had caught on fire!! That room would have gone up in flames if the ball had gotten stuck up there after I had put them to bed. I'm so grateful it didn't.
